(1)Sections A through C2 of Chapter II, Chapter VI-A and sections 70a, 70a1 and 70b of the Ordinance;
(2)Chapters II, IV and V of Part 2 of the Traffic Regulations and Part 6 of those Regulations.

Schedule: Sixteen (section 71a2)

(1)An ambulance as defined in the Traffic Regulations and a Magen David Adom ambulance;
(2)A motorcycle for the provision of first aid in respect of which an operating approval for the provision of urgent medical services has been granted by the Director General of the Ministry of Health or an employee of the Ministry of Health on the Director General's behalf;
(3)A vehicle used for the provision of urgent medical services in cases requiring an immediate response, which the licensing authority has approved for this purpose;
(4)A vehicle of the Israel Police in respect of which a permit has been granted by the Inspector General of the Police or on the Inspector General's behalf, in respect of a specific vehicle or type of vehicle, and which bears one of the following:
(a)an identification plate in a colour indicating this, pursuant to the said permit;
(b)another marking indicating this, as approved by the Traffic Superintendent;
(5)A vehicle serving the Prison Service for one of the following:
(a)operational missions, provided that a confirmation to that effect has been given by the Prison Commissioner or on the Commissioner's behalf;
(b)escort of prisoners or detainees;
(6)A firefighting vehicle, as well as a vehicle of the National Fire and Rescue Authority that the licensing authority has approved pursuant to item (8) of the definition of "security vehicle" in the Traffic Regulations or that the licensing authority has approved for this purpose;
(7)A vehicle operated by a local authority and the Israel Police, approved by the head of the traffic department of the Israel Police and specified in its licence as a joint policing vehicle;
(8)A vehicle of the ZAKA – Search, Rescue and Recovery association, and a vehicle of the ZAKA Moment of Truth – Disaster Victim Identification association, that the licensing authority has approved for this purpose;
(9)A dedicated vehicle for the transport of the deceased belonging to a body lawfully authorised to engage in the burial of the deceased, during the transport of the deceased, that the licensing authority has approved for this purpose and in such areas as it has approved.
