Prohibition on Transfer of Ownership§
Israel Lands, being the real property in Israel of the State, of the Development Authority, or of the Jewish National Fund, the ownership thereof shall not be transferred, whether by sale or in any other manner.
Permit by Law§
Section 1 shall not apply to categories of real property and categories of transactions as prescribed for this purpose by law.
Definition§
In this Law, "real property" means land, houses, buildings, and anything permanently affixed to land.
