Cessation of Activity of the Educational Television§
The Educational Television shall cease its broadcasts one year and three months after the commencement date (in this Chapter – the transition date), and from the transition date the Israeli Broadcasting Corporation shall conduct broadcasts on the children's and youth channel as referred to in section 63(b)(2).
Assignment of Contracts for the Purchase of Purchased Local Productions from the Educational Television to the Israeli Broadcasting Corporation§
Transfer of the Archive and Intellectual Property Rights of the Educational Television to the Israeli Broadcasting Corporation§
The archive of the Educational Television and all the intellectual property rights of the Educational Television shall pass to the Israeli Broadcasting Corporation, on the transition date, without consideration.

'Broadcasting Authority pensioner' – a person who retired on pension from the Broadcasting Authority and is entitled to receive a pension under a budgetary pension arrangement;
'budgetary pension arrangement' – an arrangement for payments made to a person who retired from the Broadcasting Authority on a monthly, continuous basis, by the Broadcasting Authority under this Law or under an agreement throughout that person's lifetime, and after that person's death – to that person's survivors, all subject to the limiting provisions as defined in section 107c."
