(1)a decision concerning offences and penalties, including a decision under section 37b of the Town Planning Law;

Fifth Schedule

(Section 5a(a)(2))

Administrative appeal in matters of the Area

1.§

An appeal against a decision of an appeals committee under sections 296 or 297 of the Security Provisions Order [Consolidated Version] (Judaea and Samaria) (No. 1651), 5770-2009.

24.§

This Law shall commence on the 30th of Tishrei 5777 (1 November 2016) (hereafter – the commencement date), and the Minister may, by Order, with the approval of the Finance Committee of the Knesset, defer the commencement date if the Minister finds that the deferral is required for the purpose of preparing for the implementation of the provisions of this Law.
