First Schedule (Section 5(1))

1.§
(a)Property taxes – matters of property tax under any law, except decisions of the Minister of Interior, the Minister of Finance or both of them together.
(b)Notwithstanding the restriction referred to in sub-item (a), including a decision of the Minister of Interior under the Municipal Taxes and Government Taxes (Exemptions) Ordinance, 1938, and a decision of the Minister of Finance under section 5(d) of that Ordinance; and except –
(1)a decision of the Minister of Interior under sections 3 and 5a of that Ordinance;

Tenders – matters of tenders of a body or authority listed in section 2 of the Mandatory Tenders Law, 5752-1992, and matters of tenders of a local authority, whose subject is the conclusion of a contract for the performance of a transaction in goods or real property, for the performance of work or for the acquisition of services, as well as tenders whose subject is the grant of a licence or concession under law.

Associations and public benefit companies –

(1)a decision of an authority under the Associations Law, 5740-1980, except under Chapter VII of that Law;
