Chapter VI: Miscellaneous Provisions

Implementation and Regulations§

16.

The Minister is responsible for the implementation of this Law, and may, after consulting the Public Council, make Regulations for its implementation, including with respect to the procedures of the Public Council.

Report to the Knesset§

17.

The Minister shall report in writing to the Education, Culture and Sport Committee of the Knesset, once a year, on the implementation of this Law in the year preceding the date of the report, including on the following matters:

(1)the staffing of the Public Council and its activities;
(2)public institutions that received support under the Law and the extent of the support distributed.
