Ownership of land is the right to possess the land, to use it and to do with it any act and any transaction subject to restrictions under law.

21.

Land may be co-owned by several owners, in which case the share of each of them is defined as a fraction.

30.

A co-owner of jointly owned land is entitled at any time to demand partition of the co-ownership.
