Probate Order and Letters of Administration
Upon the application of an interested party, the court shall order the probate of the will and shall issue a probate order; the court may probate part of the will.

Inheritance Order
Upon the application of an interested party, the court shall issue an inheritance order; the order shall specify the heirs of the deceased and the share of each in the estate.
