First Schedule (section 38a(a))

(1)Government Ministries, their units and their subordinate units;

(2)the Office of the President of the State;

(3)the Knesset;

(4)the Office of the State Comptroller;

(4a)the Central Elections Committee for the Knesset;

(5)courts, tribunals, execution offices, and any other body having judicial authority under law;

(6)a local authority;

(7)a corporation controlled by a local authority;

(8)a corporation established by law;

(9)a Government company and a Government subsidiary company, as defined in the Government Companies Law, 5735-1975.
