Pests Causing Discomfort – Insects

Part 3: Pests under Special Conditions

9.§

Insects

(a)Venomous or stinging arthropods such as scorpions, spiders and centipedes – when they are in a residential building and the grounds adjacent thereto or when they appear in an exceptional and mass occurrence in open areas within a locality;
(b)The honey bee – when a swarm thereof establishes itself in a structure and it is not possible to take measures for its removal pursuant to another law;
(c)A population of arthropods of the same species such as woodlice, millipedes, bedbugs or the brown stink bug – when it appears in an exceptional and mass occurrence within a locality, in a place where it actually causes a nuisance.
10.§

Rodents

(a)A population of rodents of the species Tristram's jird, vole, mole rat or coypu – when it appears within a locality.
