(e) A transport facility as defined in the Traffic Ordinance [New Version], including a car park serving buses on service lines and operational parkingWhose area exceeds 50 dunams

7.Waste(a) A mixed waste sorting installation; for this purpose – "sorting" of waste – sorting of waste by type for the purpose of recycling or energy recovery or as preparation for disposal; "mixed waste" – waste from any source whatsoever that has not been separately collected in a designated container for the storage of a particular type of waste for recyclingSorting capacity of at least 150,000 tonnes per year
(b) An organic waste treatment installation; for this purpose – "organic waste treatment" – operations on organic waste whose purpose is the decomposition of biologically degradable components for the purpose of recycling or energy recovery or as preparation for disposal; "organic waste" – waste from any source whatsoever that is capable of decomposition by living organismsTreatment capacity of at least 60,000 tonnes per year
(c) A waste-to-energy recovery installation; for this purpose, "waste-to-energy recovery" – use of waste for the purpose of generating energy, or processing of waste into fuel or a material used for energy generation, which conforms to the energy efficiency values set out in EU Directive EC/2008/98 on waste, as amendedUsage capacity of at least 150,000 tonnes per year
(d) A site for the disposal and treatment of waste by means of landfillA site that is contiguous with or adjacent to an existing landfill site or situated within it, and having a capacity of at least one million cubic metres
