Assistance in the referral to and funding of the following rehabilitation services:

(1)Assessment – a service for assessing the current and latent capacity of a person dealing with mental illness;
(2)Vocational rehabilitation centre – a service providing assessment, vocational training and placement in a suitable place of employment;
(3)Integration into employment:
(a)a service assisting integration into the open labour market as an employee or as a self-employed person;
(b)in supported employment – a service assisting integration into sheltered rehabilitative employment in the open market;
(c)in a sheltered workshop – a sheltered rehabilitative employment service for a person who is unable to integrate into the open market;
(4)Employment club – a pre-employment service combining social activity, the acquisition of life skills and employment.

(1)Assistance in the referral to and funding of accompaniment, training and supervision services within the framework of independent and protected residence of the following housing types:
(a)independent housing – accompaniment by a professional support worker or mentor;
(b)satellite housing – home visits, one to two days per week;
(c)sheltered housing – home visits, three to five days per week;
(d)intensive sheltered housing – home visits, six to seven days per week;
(e)hostel;
(f)youth hostel;

(h)comprehensive hostel;
