First Schedule (Section 18(b))

1.§

A financial institution that is one of the following:

(1)a banking corporation, as defined in the Banking (Licensing) Law, 5741-1981;
(2)a fund manager, within the meaning of the Joint Investments in Trust Law, 5754-1994;
(3)a managing company as defined in the Supervision of Financial Services (Provident Funds) Law, 5765-2005.
2.§

The National Insurance Institute.

3.§

An educational institution, as defined in the Compulsory Education Law, 5709-1949.

4.§

A local authority and a regional council.

5.§

A medical institution that is one of the following:

(1)a hospital within the meaning of section 24 of the Public Health Ordinance, 1940;
(2)a clinic within the meaning of section 34 of the Ordinance referred to in paragraph (1);
(3)a health fund within the meaning of the National Health Insurance Law, 5754-1994.
6.§

A place serving or intended to serve as a daily residential place for the education and care of toddlers.
