First Schedule (Sections 2 and 25(a))
All provisions of the Law shall apply to the types of foreign population groups and the types of biometric identification means as detailed below:

| 1. A foreigner who is applying for a visa and residence licence for a visit of type B/1 (temporary worker) for a period of up to 90 days, or who holds such a visa and licence | Facial features photograph |
| 2. A foreigner who is applying for an extension of a residence licence for a visit of type B/1 (temporary worker) for a period exceeding 90 days, or who holds such a licence | Facial features photograph and photographs of two fingerprints |
| 3. A foreigner who is applying for a visa and residence licence for a visit of type B/2 (tourist), or who is applying for an extension of such a licence for a period of up to 180 days, or who holds such a visa and licence | Facial features photograph |
| 4. A foreigner who is applying for an extension of a residence licence for a visit of type B/2 (tourist) for a period exceeding 180 days, or who holds such a licence | Facial features photograph and photographs of two fingerprints |
| 5. A foreigner who is an illegal sojourner as defined in section 13(a) of the Entry into Israel Law, or who is an infiltrator, or who is suspected of being an illegal sojourner or of being an infiltrator | Facial features photograph and photographs of two fingerprints |

A foreigner who is seeking to enter Israel and an inquiry is being conducted as to whether they are entitled to enter pursuant to the provisions of section 9 of the Entry into Israel Law, or who has been found not to be entitled to enter Israel pursuant to the provisions of section 10 of that Law | Facial features photograph and photographs of two fingerprints |
