Purpose§
The purpose of this Law is to preserve the rights to compensation of Jewish refugees from Arab countries and Iran within the framework of negotiations for the achievement of peace in the Middle East.
Definitions§
In this Law —
"Jewish refugee from Arab countries and Iran" means a person in whom all of the following conditions are fulfilled:
"property" means real property, movable property, moneys, rights, and any additional property that the Government has determined by Order.
Conduct of Negotiations for the Achievement of Peace§
Within the framework of negotiations for the achievement of peace in the Middle East, the Government shall include the matter of granting compensation for loss of property to Jewish refugees from Arab countries and Iran, including property that was in the ownership of a Jewish community in those countries.
Implementation§
The Prime Minister is charged with the implementation of this Law.
