Section A: Wages and Conditions of Employment

(1)granting annual leave pursuant to Chapter II of the Annual Leave Law, 5711-1951;
(2)payment of leave pay pursuant to sections 10 and 11 of the Annual Leave Law, 5711-1951;
(3)payment of leave redemption pursuant to section 13 of the Annual Leave Law, 5711-1951;

Sub-section B: Safety in Work at Height

(24)holding a valid certificate for each employee, signed by a qualified instructor and attached to the register, pursuant to regulation 6(d) of the Work Safety (Work at Height) Regulations, 5767-2007 (in this Schedule – the Work at Height Regulations);
(25)ensuring that the actions required for the protection of an employee employed in work at height are carried out pursuant to regulation 9 of the Work at Height Regulations;

(24)installation of means of protection against falling pursuant to section 50 of the Work Safety Ordinance [New Version], 5730-1970 (hereinafter – the Work Safety Ordinance);
(25)fencing every opening in a floor pursuant to section 56 of the Work Safety Ordinance;
(26)supply of crawling boards or duck boards in the quantity required for access from the point of ascent to the place of execution of construction work on a roof, pursuant to regulation 5 of the Work Safety (Work on Fragile or Steep Roofs) Regulations, 5746-1986 (in this Schedule – the Fragile Roofs Regulations);
(27)conducting an inspection of a roof by a building engineer or a building practical engineer before carrying out construction work on it, pursuant to regulation 14 of the Fragile Roofs Regulations;
(28)prohibition on employing an employee in work at height for any purpose whatsoever except where the provisions referred to in regulation 5(1) and (2) of the Work at Height Regulations are met;
(29)supply of all the equipment and means required pursuant to regulation 7 of the Work at Height Regulations;
(30)prohibition on employing an employee in work at height except where the provisions referred to in regulation 8 of the Work at Height Regulations are met;
(31)prohibition on employing an employee in work at height except after the executor has taken measures to prevent injury to the employee as a result of proximity to electricity lines pursuant to the provisions of regulation 16(a) of the Work at Height Regulations;
(32)prohibition on employing an employee in work at height except where the provisions referred to in regulation 17 of the Work at Height Regulations are met;
(33)appointing a professional manager for mast climbing and recording his personal particulars, his appointment and his training in the register pursuant to regulations 36 and 44 of the Work at Height Regulations;
