First Schedule (section 6(b1))

(1)A body that provides information management services to a local authority.
(2)A holder of a distribution licence and a holder of a supply licence as defined in the Electricity Sector Law, 5756-1996.
(3)A holder of a general licence for cable broadcasts and a holder of a licence for satellite broadcasts under the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasts), 5742-1982 (in this Schedule – the Communications Law).
(4)An authorised provider that provides, under the Communications Law, a telephony service or an internet access service by means of a telecommunications network that is not a mobile radio-telephone system.
