Chapter III: Miscellaneous Provisions
Application to the State§
For the purposes of this Law, the State shall have the same status as any other employer.
Right of Action§
A claim for breach of the provisions of this Law may be filed by the employee or by the representative employees' organisation at that place of work, and in the absence of such an employees' organisation – the employees' organisation of which the employee is a member.
Amendment of Labour Court Law – No. 35§
In the Labour Court Law, 5729-1969, in the Second Schedule, at the end thereof shall come:
"Employee Protection in Emergencies Law, 5766-2006".
