Schedule (Section 11)

1.§

Violence offences committed by the prisoner against a family member, including unlawful imprisonment of a family member or another offence that harmed the liberty or peace of life of a family member, including offences of abuse, neglect or abandonment of a family member.

2.§

Offences under Section J, in Chapter VIII of the Penal Law, committed by the prisoner against a family member.

3.§

Sexual offences under Section E in Chapter X of the Penal Law, committed by the prisoner against a family member.

For the purposes of this Schedule, "family member" – as defined in the Law for the Prevention of Domestic Violence, 5751-1991.
