A claim against a dealer, as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, in connection with a matter between the dealer and a customer, whether or not they entered into a transaction.
A claim against an insurer, an insurance agent or a managing company, in connection with a matter, including an insurance contract or provident fund regulations, between them and a customer, including an insured or a member, whether or not they entered into a transaction.
A claim against a banking corporation, in connection with a matter between it and a customer, whether or not they entered into a transaction.
A claim against a financial service provider, as defined in the Supervision of Financial Services (Regulated Financial Services) Law, 5776-2016, in connection with a matter between it and a customer, whether or not they entered into a transaction.
A claim against a payment company as defined in the Regulation of Engagement in Payment Services and Payment Initiation Law, 5783-2023, or a person holding a basic initiation licence as defined in that Law, in connection with a matter between them and a customer, whether or not they entered into a transaction.
A claim against a holder of a licence to provide a financial information service as defined in the Financial Information Service Law, 5782-2021, in connection with a matter between it and a customer, whether or not they entered into a transaction.
A claim against a gemilut hasadim institution as defined in the Law for the Regulation of the Provision of Deposit and Interest-Free Credit Services by Gemilut Hasadim Institutions, 5779-2019, in connection with a matter between it and a customer, whether or not they entered into a transaction.

A claim on a cause of action under the Prohibition of Discrimination in Products, Services and Entry into Places of Entertainment and Public Places Law, 5761-2000.
"claim" – excluding a claim by an employee to whom a collective agreement that regulates his conditions of employment applies, and whose employer or an employers' organisation of which he is a member is a party to the collective agreement;
"collective agreement" – a collective agreement under the Collective Agreements Law, 5717-1957, or a written collective arrangement.
A claim against an authority for the restitution of amounts it collected unlawfully, as a tax, fee or other compulsory payment, and also a claim against the Israel Land Authority as defined in the Israel Lands Law, 5720-1960, for the restitution of amounts it collected unlawfully in the framework of its activities under that Law, even if they do not constitute a compulsory payment; a claim as aforesaid shall be filed under this item only.
A claim against a publisher as defined in section 30a of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasts), 5742-1982, on a cause of action under that section.
A claim against a company operating a central pension clearing system, in connection with the transfer of information or funds by means of a central pension clearing system; for this purpose, "company operating a central pension clearing system" and "central pension clearing system" – as defined in the Supervision of Financial Services Law (Pension Advice, Marketing and Clearing System), 5765-2005.
A claim against a licence holder as defined in the Supervision of Financial Services Law (Pension Advice, Marketing and Clearing System), 5765-2005, in connection with a matter between it and a client, whether or not they have entered into a transaction.
A claim by a holder of shares or means of control in a rated corporation or a holder of a financial instrument for which a rating has been determined, against a rating company, on a cause of action under any law arising from a rating; for this purpose, "rated corporation", "financial instrument", "rating" and "rating company" – as defined in the Law for the Regulation of the Activities of Credit Rating Companies, 5774-2014.
