First Schedule (Section 18(b))

A financial institution that is one of the following:

(1)A banking corporation, as defined in the Banking (Licensing) Law, 5741–1981;
(2)A fund manager, as defined in the Joint Investment in Trust Law, 5754–1994;
(3)A managing company, as defined in the Supervision of Financial Services (Provident Funds) Law, 5765–2005.

The National Insurance Institute.

An educational institution, as defined in the Compulsory Education Law, 5709–1949.

A local authority and a regional council.

A medical institution that is one of the following:

(1)A hospital, as defined in Section 24 of the Public Health Ordinance, 1940;

(3)A health maintenance organization (sick fund), as defined in the National Health Insurance Law, 5754–1994.
